To maintain the highest standards of service, we operate on a standard business day schedule. For the purposes of both our internal processing and the transit times provided by our carriers, a "Business Day" is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding all observed Bank Holidays. We kindly ask that you keep this schedule in mind when calculating the anticipated arrival of your gift, as orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin their journey on the following business day.

Service Expectations and Transit Timelines The delivery windows presented during the checkout process are thoughtful estimates provided by our shipping partners to assist you in your planning. While we strive for every package to arrive within these timeframes, please note that these estimates are not contractual guarantees. The Gift Anchor is not liable for minor fluctuations in transit times caused by high seasonal volume, weather conditions, or external carrier disruptions. By finalizing your purchase, you acknowledge that a slight extension of the estimated delivery window, provided the package remains in active transit, represents a standard part of the logistics process and does not constitute a failure of service.

Transfer of Liability and Order Security We understand the importance of a secure delivery, and we provide tracking for every order to keep you informed of its progress. Our formal responsibility for the shipment concludes once the carrier issues a successful delivery confirmation to the address provided at the time of purchase. At this point, the risk of loss and the physical security of the package transition to the recipient. The Gift Anchor is unable to provide replacements or refunds for items that are reported as lost or stolen following a verified delivery by the carrier. We strongly encourage our customers to select a secure delivery location or a collection point to ensure their items are received safely.

Accuracy of Delivery Information To ensure the seamless delivery of your order, we kindly request that you verify the accuracy of your shipping address before completing your purchase. In the event that a package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will reach out to facilitate a re-shipment. Please be aware that in these instances, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to send the item to the corrected destination.
