What is the height range?

STEP 1: Select a Surface
Find a flat, smooth area of the floor. Avoid any surfaces with textures, cracks, or gaps (such as tile grout lines), as these will prevent a proper vacuum seal.
STEP 2: Clean for Adhesion
Wipe both the bottom of the suction cup and the target floor area with a clean cloth. Removing all dust and debris is essential for a long-lasting grip.
STEP 3: Apply and Lock
- Position the device on your chosen spot.
- Press down firmly on the unit to exhaust air and ensure full contact with the floor.
- While maintaining downward pressure, engage the locking button.
STEP 4: Verify the Seal
Test the security of the device before starting your workout:
- Success: If you feel strong resistance when pressing the locking button, the suction is secure.
- Failure: If the button is easy to press, the seal is weak. Clean the surface again and restart from Step 1.
